Caroline Chepkwony has over 16 years in financial and accounting field. Her experience in finance and accounting spans across fund management and operations, Private Equity/Venture Capital, Audit services and Business industries. She has been working as a consultant helping entrepreneurs raise capital for their businesses and advising international investors looking to invest in East African SMEs. She has also been offering accounting, finance and strategy advisory services to various companies across East Africa.
Prior to that she worked for a fintech start up in London and She supported the Palladium impact investing team in London on Strategy and deal sourcing while working as a summer associate. Caroline was the CFO and Investor relations manager at the Nairobi based Fanisi Venture Capital Fund and has worked for PwC and BDO(formerly DCDM). She is a CPA(K), MBA from the University of Oxford (Said Business School), MA (International Studies) and B.Com (Finance) both from the University of Nairobi.
